“ I went into the dealership “just to look,” which is the same lie people tell themselves before adopting a puppy or ordering dessert. Next thing I know, I’m face-to-face with Zach, who somehow has the calm confidence of a guy who knows I’m leaving with a Toyota Tundra whether I like it or not. From the start, Zach was on it. Just straightforward, helpful, and actually enjoyable—which is not a word I ever thought I’d use for buying a vehicle. Long story short: I came in “just looking” and left with a truck I absolutely love and zero buyer’s remorse… which feels suspicious, but I’ll take it.
