Visiting in ny hometown of Sioux City and stayed next door, had been thinking of getting a truck and liked the looks of the Tacoma. Went next door to actually look at one and Zac helped me. Shared all the features of the Tacoma and took one for a test drive. Did not intend on purchasing a truck on visit yhat was 300 miles from home but I've had it three weeks now and do not regret working with Zac and the team at Rick Collins. They other sales team were fantastic at entertaining my dog while I did paperwork.

I went into the dealership “just to look,” which is the same lie people tell themselves before adopting a puppy or ordering dessert. Next thing I know, I’m face-to-face with Zach, who somehow has the calm confidence of a guy who knows I’m leaving with a Toyota Tundra whether I like it or not. From the start, Zach was on it. Not in a pushy, “let me sell you this immediately” way, but more like a friendly truck wizard who already knew exactly what I wanted before I did. I’d say something like, “I’m kinda thinking about…” and he’d respond, “Perfect, I’ve got one with that, plus three things you didn’t know you needed but now won’t be able to live without.” At one point, I’m pretty sure I blacked out during a test drive because suddenly I was emotionally attached to a truck that could probably tow my house and my neighbor’s house just for fun. Zach made everything ridiculously easy—explaining features without making me feel like I needed an engineering degree, and somehow making numbers make sense (which is impressive, because normally I hear financing terms and my brain turns into elevator music). The best part? No pressure, no weird sales tactics, no “let me talk to my manager for 45 minutes” disappearing act. Just straightforward, helpful, and actually enjoyable—which is not a word I ever thought I’d use for buying a vehicle. Long story short: I came in “just looking” and left with a truck I absolutely love and zero buyer’s remorse… which feels suspicious, but I’ll take it. Zach was fantastic, got me everything I wanted from the truck, helped make the numbers work and presented every option. Stop reading this and go buy a Toyota from Zach! If he's not in come back when he is.
